We have a zero tolerance to verbal or physical abuse towards staff or other guests. Any damage caused to the building or property will be chargeable.
Lacet House accepts no responsibility for any damage caused to vehicles using their car park.
We would appreciate it that no takeaway food is consumed in the rooms. As spillages/stains will incur a charge.
Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 14 days prior to arrival are without charge.
Bookings cancelled within the14 days before arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of 100% of the booking cost.
